I hope you had a great weekend. I listened to some great music and sat out in the sun drinking Pimms and cider - a very British summer!
And now I'm back to sharing my soul, and the soul of my stories.
Today, I'm over at Elizabeth Seckman's Use Your Words... blog explaining how much of myself I put into the character Gypsy.
Looking at todays weather I think our British summer has taken a rest,
ReplyDeleteYvonne.
No, it's just a bit cloudy :-)
DeleteAlready been there!
ReplyDeleteThanks Alex :-)
DeleteHappy Monday to you too! I am catching up on other people's blogs now my rewrite is finished. Hope your blog-hop is fun.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lizy. Well done on completing the rewrites, I'm still struggling with mine. I keep slipping out of the voice :-(
DeleteHappy Monday!
ReplyDeleteI'm still on hiatus, but any second now I'll catch up on things and -- oh wait, is that a pitcher of lemonade? I'll just go sit out on the veranda now. Call me in September.
Oh yes, that sounds far too nice to rush back from. Enjoy the lemonade :-)
DeleteFor some reason I can't get that link to work but it's probably cause I'm on my phone. I will check it out when I get to a desktop!
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by :-)
DeleteI'm off to check it out!

Thanks Michelle :-)
DeleteSounds very pleasant. I did the usual - star gazing and work. Although husband and I hung out Saturday night with some beer and popcorn.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a great weekend. I hope the skies were clear for you :-)
DeleteI just hopped over to check it out. Neat post and nice to go behind the scenes on Gypsy. We've leaped to super hot late spring/early summer in Texas. Slather on the sunscreen - almost 100 degrees F. Whew! I'll take a Pimms please.
ReplyDeleteOoh, that sounds lovely. After a very warm spell here, it's broken for a couple of days, but I've got my fingers crossed :-)
