Visiting Crystal

In other news, it's hot. The UK is sweltering under a heatwave - although it might already be over by the time you read this. At least I work in an air conditioned gym!

      My dad's thermometer recorded 34 degrees Celsius in direct sun, and 27 in the shade yesterday (93 and 81 F). They're probably your winter temps, aren't they?

    Crystal's blog and contest are so much fun. I'll definitely head over. We've had two days of perfect weather (78 F for a high), but the 90s are back tomorrow and our air conditioner is broken. I think we will do lots of shopping, movies, and eating out.

      I hope you get your air conditioner working again soon. We had three days of really hot weather, and it's back down to more comfortable temperatures - I couldn't imagine a whole season of high temps!

    Hi Annalisa - I've been over to Crystal's - enjoyed her post, especially the feature on YOU! and on your upcoming book - it sounds interesting.
    I couldn't begin to guess about the lie, but I suspect you haven't watched that much telly. I would hope writing was occupying more of your time! :) :)

      It's out now, Jenny! Paperback, Kindle and all other devices too ;-)

      The telly is on almost constantly while I write. I need music for some projects, but I find the voices soothing. (That's NOT a clue, though!)

      Temperatures are holding steady at around 20 degrees in the south west, but rain is a guessing game - I think the rest of the country is similar. Enjoy your visit :-)
