Look what I did!

Hint: look at the right sidebar. Down a bit, a little further...

Yep! I signed up for the 2015 A-Z Challenge!

After several weeks thinking about it, and several days asking for advice, I decided I would give it a go. I took part in 2012, and that's when I met most of my current blog readers and friends. But I figured I had room for a few more.

Am I scared? Yep! I have no idea how many blogs I'll be able to visit, or whether I'll be able to keep up with the number of visitors that I might get... especially as for two of those weeks my kids will be off school for the Easter holidays, and I'll be working, and those Easter Eggs really aren't going to eat themselves.

But apart from that, piece of cake, right?

  2. I participated last year with Traveling Cats and loved it. But this year there's just not enough time. I'll be following your posts, though ;-)

    1. Thanks Liz. I agree, I wouldn't be able to do it two years running, I think a gap of three is a good one.

  4. Hooray! It really is a lot of fun. It helps to plan in advance, though. I didn't last year and it made it difficult to come up with posts every day.

  5. I skipped last year. Did it the year before (?) It was fun and challenging. But with enough time, perhaps I can come up with a few posts early this year!

    1. I think writing at least some posts in advance is the key to getting to the end of the month! I tried to visit your blog, Lily, but I couldn't find it.

  6. Good luck! After a year out, I'm looking forward to it this year. Perhaps foolhardily, I'm going to write each post on the day, but at least I know what I'll be doing!

  7. You can do it! I was going to do it, but then decided I have/will have too much going on around that time - moving house, etc. Good luck!

  13. Good luck and have fun! My goal for April is to have my own personal NaNoWriMo, but that depends on whether I can get a slew of revision work on other projects done before then.

    1. Setting aside a month to write is a great idea, especially without the pressure of NaNo!

  15. I think the what the heck did I just commit to feeling is pretty normal. At least that's how I felt signing up last year! :) I think once you get going the first couple of days it gets pretty easy. I don't believe I am doing the April blogging challenge this year, but will visit all the blogging buddies that do!!!

    1. I'm already writing some of my posts, so I have my fingers crossed that I'll be okay! You're right in that it gets easier as you get into the flow of it all... at least that's what I'm hoping :-)
